PIZZA - YUM! August 16, 2018

Last night was the end-of-summer Pizza Party for readers from preschool through 4^thgrade. So. Much. Fun!

LIBRARY GETS A NEW MURAL! August 2, 2018

On Thursday, July 26, 2018, artist David Newbatt, who lives in Aberdeen, Scotland, was in southwest Minnesota, on a vacation to visit members of his wife’s family.  Under a pre-arrangement set up by Nobles County Library Direct Clint Wolthuizen, Mr. Newbatt was at the Adrian Branch Library to paint a mural in the story time/castle area.  The mural was completed on Friday, July 27, 2018.  The following week, Mr. Newbatt painted another amazing mural, this time at the Nobles County Library in Worthington, in the Teen section.  If you get a chance, stop in to see both murals, as photos do not do the incredible artwork justice.
