NEW SWEATERS!
A few weeks ago, knowing that National Ugly Holiday Sweater Day was looming, I asked Rebecca Hudson, dear friend of our Dragons, if she could knit some sweaters for the Quartet.
She said she’d be happy to! J
Armed with knitting needles and imagination, Rebecca created these amazing outfits!
There is only one problem ~ these outfits don’t fit the “ugly” theme because they are ADORABLE!
Now, for your viewing pleasure, please take
a walk down the runway with us …
ANDER
Sporting a Victorian-era Santa design,
with fur trimmed coat and long
winter’s cap, Ander is ready for the
holidays. Ander is color-blind,
so prefers solid colors.
Ander completes this festive ensemble
with a delicious dapper cane!
BLAYZE
This little Dragon is always dashing
from inside to outside and back;
the jaunty collar – which can stand
up or fold down – is perfect for this
busy Dragon! The fuzzy cuffs
keep Blayze’s hands warm, which is
especially good for a Dragon
that prefers snow globes to real snow!
JIA
Can we just be very honest here?
Jia hates the cold.
The thick collar, extra-long sleeves
and maxi-length of this sweater
ensures that this Dragon will stay
toasty warm. From the tips of the
toes to the pompom trimmed
stocking-cap, Jia is ready for the season!
THEO
Fashion forward in a retro way
is quintessential Theo.
No one wears a fringed poncho
quite like this daring fashion Dragon.
There is no doubt that by
finishing this look with a fancy beret,
Theo won’t need to worry about
being there “with bells on”!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Thank you, Rebecca, for your creativity, generosity and hard work!
