A LOVELY SURPRISE! May 23, 2019

What a lovely surprise ~ Ms. Einck's First Grade Class dropped by the Library this morning to give us this wonderful plant! The students decorated the beautiful pot all by themselves. What a wonderful way to end the 2018-19 school year!

 THANK YOU to all of the very kind first graders for thinking of us!

We hope to see all of the AES students at the Library this summer.

They tried to earn our trust by being perfect little angels:

And although they tried to hide it, we knew who was behind it!

A MYSTERIOUS PACKAGE! May 8, 2019

We received this in delivery today.  Despite the warning, we decided to open the box ...

 It looked as if it was a package from those erstwhile Librarians of Rock County.  Still, the opening of the package continued...

 It's Magenta Dragon! Home from a harrowing (we assume) experience at the

Rock County Library!  However, since the kidnapped Dragon has returned home, 

we can only be grateful to those Rockbrarians to the West!

 And they sent along a bouncy ball! 

Magenta Dragon is happy to be back home in the castle!

The Dragons headed to Sioux Falls today and decided to climb a tree … good times!

CAN'T TRUST LIBRARIANS....May 1, 2019

May 1^st was the Library Open House.  Guess we should have been more careful about who we invited, because the Librarians of the Rock County Library attended, then left with something that did not belong to them – one of our snuggly Dragons from our castle!  

We received this communication from the Rock County Librarians kidnappers:
