LIBRARY DRAGONS VISIT THE DIGITAL BOOKMOBILE! June 5, 2018

The Adrian Library Dragons visited the Digital Bookmobile in Worthington, MN, on Tuesday, June 5, 2018.  They enjoyed meeting Ira, Nickie, and Lauren.
The Dragons learned all about using the electronic database available online through the Plum Creek Library System, which is FREE for all patrons!
The Library Dragons were excited to learn all about the FREE Libby app by Overdrive, and they were excited to see how easy it was to download and use!

The Dragons were able to look up and download some of their favorite books in electronic format.

 So. Much. Fun!!!!

The Digital Bookmobile is a high-tech update to the traditional Bookmobile. This community outreach vehicle is for public libraries and schools to promote their digital catalog of eBooks, audiobooks and streaming video to their communities. Readers of all ages can learn about and engage with digital books at their local school or library inside the Digital Bookmobile. The traveling exhibit tours North America and contains several interactive learning stations. All Digital Bookmobile events are free to host and attend.
Follow the Digital Bookmobile, and see if it will be in your neighborhood.  Tell them the Library Dragons sent you!
